Set in the thriving arts district of Asheville — the cultural heart of Appalachia and one of the Southeast’s most dynamic creative hubs — this exhibit invites artists to share the work that resonates most with their inner voice.
“Art from the Heart” explores what happens when artists lead with emotion, intuition, and honesty. Whether born from joy, grief, resilience, curiosity, heritage, or imagination, these works on display reveal the stories that live beneath the surface. The theme is intentionally open-ended to allow artists the freedom to submit the pieces that feel most meaningful to them — the art that reflects their true vision, their lived experiences, or their personal creative journey.
This uplifting winter showcase aims to highlight the diversity, strength, and spirit of artists across the region and beyond.
