A relatively new painter, I am deeply passionate about the freedom, discovery, and emotional expression that painting offers.

I have called Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, home for the past 25 years, where I continue to explore my artistic voice as a contemporary abstract artist. I do find myself drawn to the Asheville area and hope to make it my new home in the future.

Working primarily with cold wax and oil, I am drawn to the richness, texture, and intuitive nature of the medium. Each layer becomes an opportunity to explore color, movement, emotion, and the unexpected. I embrace the process of allowing a painting to evolve rather than knowing exactly where it will begin or end.

My inspiration comes from the beauty of the world around me—the quiet moments of everyday life, the complexity of human emotion, and the fleeting details that might otherwise go unnoticed. I am especially drawn to discovering the sacred in unexpected places and finding meaning in both the ordinary and the extraordinary.

Through my work, I hope to invite viewers to pause, feel, and find their own connection within the layers of each painting.
